About me

I work as a Senior Product Designer on digital products, involved in the day-to-day product decisions.

I've worked on both B2B and B2C, mostly on internal tools and products with complex flows, where design has to be practical and fit with the teams and systems already in place.

AI is one of the few topics I keep investing time in outside of work, not just inside it: I care about understanding it properly, not just using it.

    Senior Product Designer

    UX/UI design for end-to-end digital projects (including mobile apps). Defining flows, information architecture, and prototypes in Figma. Design of a hybrid app aimed at improving key processes. Collaborated with development teams to validate functionality and ensure a clear handoff. Supporting the optimization of existing products and conversion improvements.

    Designed digital products in telecommunications and energy, plus content design in a regulated domain. Alongside my role as a designer, I took on team management as Team Owner, providing operational and human support to the team.

    Featured projects:

    • Vodafone Retail X: End-to-end design of the internal in-store sales tool across ~500 stores; usage went from under 13% to 93% of in-store sales.
    • Legálitas Negocios: Information architecture and content design for the business/freelancer section, translating a dense legal catalog into user language with AI support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Defining flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
    • Contributing to existing design systems (iconography and documentation)
    • Coordinating with development and business teams in agile environments
    • Mentoring and overseeing the design team

    • X by Orange: Improved UX/UI across public and private areas; designed a purchase simulator and configurators; iconography and icon documentation in the design system.
    • Orange Empresas: Optimized lead generation through improvements to conversion pages and user experience.
